Trusted support for busy executives and their families
Strulowitz Lifestyle & Operations helps accomplished executives manage the growing complexity of personal, family, and household life — without the need to hire a full- or even part-time assistant.
Through experienced, fractional support, Strulowitz Lifestyle & Operations brings structure and thoughtful oversight to the responsibilities that compete for a client’s time and attention, from family logistics and household operations to staff, vendors, properties, and special projects.
With more than 15 years of private-service experience, founder Tina Strulowitz understands the demands facing professionals whose careers have grown faster than the support systems around them. She anticipates what is needed, coordinates the people involved, and makes sure important details move forward with discretion and consistent follow-through.
The result is fewer decisions, fewer things falling through the cracks, and more time for you to enjoy the life your hard work has created.
The Three Service Pillars
Family & Lifestyle Logistics
Managing the practical coordination that consumes your time and mental energy.
- Family calendars, reminders, and scheduling
- School, camp, medical, and activity coordination, including communication, appointments, and forms
- Travel planning and preparation
- Pet appointments, travel requirements, and care coordination
- Research and coordination for gifts, restaurants, activities, and special requests
- Personal administration including bill pay, budgeting, and detailed expense reports
- Support during family transitions, including a new baby, blended family, divorce, or children leaving for college
Fewer decisions and last-minute surprises, with your family’s schedule organized and important details handled before they become problems.
Household Operations
Creating the structure and accountability needed to keep your household running smoothly without requiring your constant involvement.
- Household systems, inventories, calendars, and reference guides
- Routine maintenance planning and oversight
- Vendor sourcing, scheduling, and follow-through
- Household staff onboarding, training, coordination, and oversight
- Coordination between primary and secondary properties
- Automobile and boat care coordination, including maintenance and repair appointments, insurance requirements, and inspections
- Household finances including reviewing bills for accuracy, remitting payments, budgeting, and detailed expense reports
A well-run household where staff understand expectations, vendors are accountable, and important details no longer depend on you remembering them.
Events & Special Projects
Providing hands-on oversight for complex personal projects that require organization, judgment, and persistent follow-through.
- Dinner parties, celebrations, and larger family events
- Sourcing and coordinating chefs, caterers, florists, and event staff
- Moves, renovations, and home-design projects, including contractor, designer, and vendor coordination
- Project timelines, budgets, and status reporting
- Seasonal property moves
- Asset liquidation, including auction-house and buyer coordination
- Special projects requiring research, organization, and execution
Complex projects move forward without you becoming the default project manager or spending valuable time chasing every person involved.
How It Works
Begin with a 10-Hour Engagement
A partnership with Strulowitz Lifestyle & Operations begins with a focused 10-hour engagement centered around one or two priorities that are taking up your time or mental energy.
The initial engagement is designed to address something tangible — whether that means improving a household system, organizing part of your home, coordinating a project, managing vendors, or taking a persistent responsibility off your plate.
As the work gets underway, Tina learns how your household operates, what matters most to you, and where her support can have the greatest impact.
Continue with Fractional Support
After the initial engagement, ongoing fractional support can be tailored to your needs.
Rather than adding a full- or part-time employee to your household, fractional support gives you access to experienced oversight when and where you need it. Tina can manage ongoing family logistics, maintain household systems, coordinate staff and vendors, oversee projects, and take ownership of responsibilities that would otherwise continue to require your attention.
The level of support can evolve as your household, schedule, and priorities change.
The goal is simple: fewer things for you to manage, greater confidence that the details are being handled, and more time for you to focus on what matters most.
